Insurance, Fees, and Payments

As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance and accept assignment of benefits. You will be responsible for your deductible and copayment at the time of service.  When your insurance company pays us, any remaining balance will be your responsibility.

We do not make our treatment recommendations based on what your insurance carrier will cover.  Many times your insurance company will deny coverage, or “downgrade” coverage in order to save money.  This is not based on what is best for your oral health, but what is best for the insurance company.  We are not willing to compromise what is best for your health in order to satisfy insurance companies.  We recommend the optimal treatment for your specific needs.

We do our very best to provide outstanding dentistry.  It is an investment in your health, and we thank you for trusting us with your care.  We will provide you with a written treatment plan and answer any questions you may have about your treatment.  Fees for service are due as treatment is completed.  We can assist you with financing.
